How You Start Your Day Changes Everything

A new Tewdilly ritual in the works—and I’d love your input.

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about the pressure creative minds and growth-driven leaders put on themselves—to show up, to stay clear, to be consistent—while juggling chaos, comparison, and countless mental browser tabs incessantly open.

And I keep coming back to this:

How you begin your day shapes everything that follows.

Morning routines have been a thing for a while now, and the Ashton Hall morning routine TikTok and subsequent memes are hilarious and outstanding!

But there's truth in the importance of morning rituals. Making your bed, meditating, a few minutes of movement, exposure to first light... There's value in all of it.

And I'm not aiming to complicate or add to the list of options.

Instead, I’m building something simple—but intentional.

A quick but effective 90-day guided morning ritual that pairs one inspiring quote with one powerful written prompt to get you on track for the day ahead.

Just 10 minutes each morning to ground yourself in clarity, courage, and self-trust.

It’s built to fit into any routine. To anchor, not overwhelm.

But before I finish building, I want to listen first.

If you’ve ever felt pulled in too many directions—or wished you could start your day with more presence, purpose, and peace—I’d love your input.
